THE FIRM STUDIO ALBUMS

The Firm

Released on February 11, 1985. The band’s debut album was greeted with much fanfare from Led Zeppelin and Bad Company fans. It had been a while since Jimmy Page had released any new music and so just the thought of Led Zeppelin’s famous guitar player releasing new music had fans drooling. The same could be said for Paul Rodgers as so many fans of Led Zeppelin were Bad Company fans and vice versa. Bad Company was a band who were actually signed to Led Zeppelin’s Swan Song label. When the album was released it was greeted with mixed reviews.

The album’s first single release Radioactive was a big hit for the band. The song went all the way to number one on the Billboard Rock Tracks Charts. It also became a top 40 hit in the United States as it peaked at number twenty eight on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100.
