Richard Lipner is a published author of short stories, as well a writer on the subjects of rock, folk, and blues music. He has been published in the Italian music magazine "Jam" -- "Bob Dylan's New York Years"; has interviewed folk music icon Ramblin' Jack Elliott, and written articles on Phil Ochs, Dave Van Ronk, and Eric Andersen. Under his "other" name is a performing singer/songwriter.
