Jeff Beck And Rosie Bones Lights It Up On “Right Now.”

If you’re a fan of Jeff Beck, or just a fan of  just great rock and roll, than you must take a listen to this great new Jeff Beck tune entitled ” Right Now.” The song hails from Jeff Beck’s brilliant new album Loud Hailer. The album features the lead vocals of British singer Rosie Bones. The album also features new rhythm guitarist Carmen Vandenberg. Lyrically the album is a political statement  against the current worldwide political climate. However, regardless of one’s political views, the album is full of killer riffs echoing 1960’s and 1970’s classic rock styles. The addition of Rosie Bones and Carmen Vandenberg adds a contemporary feel to the record that fans off all ages will appreciate.

It was tough to choose one song from the record to list here. However the killer cut “Right Now,” is one of the most interesting tracks Beck has released in years. Between Rosies ‘British accented vocals , Carmen’s intense rhythmic guitar playing, and Becks lead guitar work, fans have a track for the ages. The band also features drummer Davide Sollazzi and bassist Giovanni Pallotti. The song “Right Now,” lands  at the number six slot on the CD. The album opens woith the killer track “The Revolution will be Televised.” Other standout tracks include the groove inspired moody track Live in the Dark. The album also contain two great Jeff Beck instrumentals.

This is not the first time Jeff Beck as utilized young talented female musicians in his band. A few years ago Beck incorporated the skills of virtuoso bassist Tal Wilkenfeld. Since her stint with Beck, Tal Wilkenfeld has gone on to develop a huge following. Her solo album Tal Wilkenfeld has gone out of print an commands collector prices on various internet sites.

The new Jeff Beck album Loud Hailer was released on July 15, 2016 by Rhino Entertainment.
