Oasis built one of the defining catalogs of the Britpop era through massive choruses, melodic guitar rock, swaggering singles, acoustic B-sides, cover versions, deluxe-edition outtakes, and songs that grew into stadium anthems. This complete A-to-Z guide gathers the band’s seven studio albums, non-album singles, B-sides, bonus tracks, soundtrack recordings, archival releases, and official live recordings through July 2026.

Oasis formed in Manchester in 1991 after Liam Gallagher joined a band called the Rain. Noel Gallagher soon became the group’s principal songwriter and lead guitarist, joining Liam, Paul “Bonehead” Arthurs, Paul “Guigsy” McGuigan, and Tony McCarroll in the lineup that created the band’s earliest recordings.
Definitely Maybe, released in 1994, became the fastest-selling debut album in UK history at the time. “Supersonic,” “Live Forever,” “Cigarettes & Alcohol,” “Rock ‘n’ Roll Star,” and “Slide Away” established the band’s combination of ambition, melody, guitar power, and working-class defiance.
(What’s the Story) Morning Glory? followed in 1995 and transformed Oasis into an international phenomenon through “Wonderwall,” “Don’t Look Back in Anger,” “Some Might Say,” “Morning Glory,” “Cast No Shadow,” and “Champagne Supernova.” The album became one of the best-selling records in British music history.
Oasis continued with Be Here Now, Standing on the Shoulder of Giants, Heathen Chemistry, Don’t Believe the Truth, and Dig Out Your Soul. The lineup changed repeatedly, but Liam Gallagher’s voice and Noel Gallagher’s songwriting remained the center of the band’s identity.
Noel Gallagher left Oasis in August 2009, bringing the band to an end after years of internal conflict. Liam Gallagher later formed Beady Eye with the remaining members, while Noel launched Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds.
In August 2024, Liam and Noel Gallagher announced that Oasis would reunite. The Oasis Live ’25 tour began in Cardiff on July 4, 2025, and continued through the United Kingdom, Ireland, North America, Asia, Australia, and South America before concluding in São Paulo on November 23, 2025.
The reunion also produced official live singles, including “Bring It On Down” from Edinburgh and “Wonderwall” from Dublin. Both 2025 performances have been placed directly into their proper alphabetical positions below. No new Oasis studio album had been released as of July 16, 2026.
Oasis released seven studio albums and sold tens of millions of records worldwide. Their influence remains visible across British guitar music, indie rock, and generations of bands shaped by the Gallaghers’ songs, attitude, and stadium-scale sound.
