The song was released on the band’s great album entitled Bleed American. It was released as the third single from the album. The album was released in 2001. The song went all the way to number 2 on the US Billboard Alternative AirPlay charts. This one even broke the US Billboard top 100 peaking at number 75.

In the number seven spot on our to 10 Jimmy Eat World songs list we turn to the The rocking song “Futures.” This one kicks in right from the opening notes with it’s sort of Led Zeppelin style “Kashmir” riff. The song was the title track to the band’s album Futures. The album was released in 2004.

In the number six position on our Jimmy Eat World songs list is the title track to the great album entitled Bleed American. The album was released on July 24th 2001. After the September 11th attacks occurred just a few months later, the band changed the name of the song to “Salt Sweat Sugar.” The album would become the band’s first Platinum selling record. “Bleed American,” was released as the first single from the album.

In the number four position on this list we present the song “Sure and Certain.” The song was released in 2016 as a protest song against Donald Trump. Well speaking of Donald Trump, we now turn to the song entitled “Big Casino.” This great song featured one of the best guitar licks we ever heard from the band. The song was released on the band’s sixth studio album entitled Chase This Light. “Big Casino,” was released as the first single from the album. The song hit number three on the US Billboard Alternative AirPlay charts. The song was also a top 40 hit in the wonderful country of Scotland.
# 2 – Pain
In the number two spot on our Jimmy Eat World song list we take a listen to the intense song entitled “Pain.” This is by far one of our favorite Jimmy Eat World songs. It’s such a great rock and roll tune that is so incredibly interesting and fun to listen to. The song “Pain,” was released on the band’s album entitled Futures. “Pain,” was issued as the lead single from the record. It would become one of the band’s biggest hits of the career. The song Hit number one on the billboard alternative AirPlay charts. It would also become the band’s second gold selling record.

We close out our Jimmy Eat World songs list with the great track entitled “The Middle.” the song The Middle was by far the band’s most successful single of their career. The song was released on their fourth album entitled Bleed American. It was the second single released from the album. The song became a top 10 hit on the US Billboard Hot 100 peaking all the way up to number five. It also became a big hit around the world especially in the United Kingdom and Australia. It is the band’s only single to achieve platinum-selling status making it their biggest selling single of their entire career.
