If you watched Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath’s Back to the Beginning farewell concert, you may have been one of the millions of viewers asking, “Who is this guy?” when Yungblud took the stage. His emotional performance of “Changes” became one of the event’s defining moments, and the officially released recording later earned him the 2026 Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance. We miss you, Ozzy.

Yungblud’s real name is Dominic Richard Harrison, and he grew up in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England. Music ran through his family. His grandfather performed with T. Rex, while his father owned a guitar shop, giving Harrison early access to the sounds and instruments that would shape his future. He moved to London in his teens to pursue acting and music, but songwriting and live performance ultimately gave him his clearest creative identity. By 2017, he had embraced the stage name Yungblud, a moniker associated with youth, defiance, and openness.

He released his debut single, “King Charles,” in 2017, followed by “I Love You, Will You Marry Me.” His early recordings introduced a mixture of punk attitude, hip-hop rhythm, pop melody, and social commentary. The Yungblud EP arrived in 2018, followed later that year by his first full-length album, 21st Century Liability. Songs including “Polygraph Eyes,” “Medication,” and “Psychotic Kids” addressed sexual assault, mental health, alienation, and self-identity with a directness that quickly connected with younger listeners.

As his audience grew, Yungblud became known for high-energy performances and an unusually close relationship with his fans. In 2019, he released The Underrated Youth EP, which included “Parents,” “Original Me,” “Casual Sabotage,” and “Hope for the Underrated Youth.” That same year, he collaborated with Halsey and Travis Barker on “11 Minutes” and appeared with Machine Gun Kelly and Barker on “I Think I’m Okay,” two recordings that greatly expanded his international audience.

Yungblud released his second studio album, Weird!, in 2020. The record debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart and explored identity, isolation, sexuality, community, and the search for belonging. “God Save Me, but Don’t Drown Me Out,” “Mars,” “Strawberry Lipstick,” and the title track demonstrated his ability to combine personal vulnerability with loud, immediate pop-rock arrangements.

His self-titled third album, Yungblud, followed in 2022 and also reached number one in the United Kingdom. “The Funeral,” “Tissues,” “Memories,” “Cruel Kids,” and “The Boy in the Black Dress” continued his exploration of individuality while placing greater emphasis on classic rock, glam, and alternative influences.

In 2025, Yungblud released Idols, the first section of an ambitious project that expanded his sound through orchestral arrangements, extended compositions, and a more traditional rock approach. The album included “Hello Heaven, Hello,” “Zombie,” “The Greatest Parade,” “Ghosts,” “War,” and “Supermoon.” The completed nineteen-song edition arrived in 2026 with additional recordings including “I Need You (To Make the World Seem Fine),” “The Postman,” “Time,” “War Pt. II,” “Blueberry Hill,” and “Suburban Requiem.”

The period surrounding Idols also brought several major collaborations. Yungblud recorded the Grammy-winning live version of Black Sabbath’s “Changes” at Ozzy Osbourne’s farewell concert and joined Aerosmith for the 2025 EP One More Time. The project featured “My Only Angel,” “Problems,” “Wild Woman,” “A Thousand Days,” and a new version of “Back in the Saddle.”

Yungblud’s work extends beyond his own albums through soundtrack recordings, guest appearances, acoustic performances, charity singles, and collaborations with artists including Halsey, Travis Barker, Machine Gun Kelly, Bring Me the Horizon, Avril Lavigne, Demi Lovato, Lil Yachty, Aerosmith, and The Smashing Pumpkins. The list below brings together his principal officially released songs and credited collaborations, along with selected acoustic, live, and session versions that received separate commercial releases.
