Boys & Girls

Released April 9, 2012. The band’s debut album featured Brittany Howard on lead vocals, guitar, piano, and percussion, Heath Fogg on guitar and backing vocals Zac Cockrell on bass, and guitar and Steve Johnson on drums. The album hit number two on the US Billboard  Top Alternative Albums, number three on the US Billboard Top Rock Albums, and number six on the US Billboard 200.  The album received high praise from music critics and fans around the world.

The album was nominated for six Grammy Awards. Not only was it held in high esteem by music critics, but it was also a huge commercial success both in the stores and on the charts. The album hit number one on the US Billboard  Top Alternative Albums Charts. the US Billboard Top Rock Albums Charts, and the US Billboard 200.
