The band The Raconteurs was first formed in 2005.  The group The Raconteurs hails from the area of Detroit, Michigan. Broken Boy Soldiers

Released: 2006

The Raconteurs’ debut album “Broken Boy Soldiers” was a blend of blues-influenced rock, marked by its electrifying sounds and profound lyrics. The band was formed by Jack White of The White Stripes, Brendan Benson, Jack Lawrence, and Patrick Keeler. This ensemble came together to craft an album that would reach number seven on the Billboard 200 and would earn them a Grammy nomination for Best Rock Album. The hit single “Steady, As She Goes” became a defining track for the band, showcasing a perfect blend of melody and raw power.

The album was produced by Brendan Benson and Jack White and was released on Third Man Records/V2 Records/XL Recordings. It was recorded at Le Grande Studios in Detroit, Michigan, in 2005.

Consolers Of The Lonely

Released: 2008

“Consolers of the Lonely,” the second studio album by The Raconteurs, showed the band delving deeper into their rock roots with energetic anthems and engaging storytelling. It was critically acclaimed and received a Grammy nomination for Best Rock Album, with the track “Salute Your Solution” frequently highlighted as a standout. Distinguished by its rich, diverse sonic soundscapes that we all loved, and incredible deep songwriting, the album peaked on the charts at number seven on the Billboard 200.

The members during this period were Jack White, Brendan Benson, Jack Lawrence, and Patrick Keeler. The album was produced by The Raconteurs and recorded at Blackbird Studios in Nashville, Tennessee, during 2007.

Help Us Stranger

A decade after their previous album, The Raconteurs released “Help Us Stranger,” where the band revitalizes their signature sound, mixing hard rock, blues, and a bit of psychedelic flavor. Featuring Jack White, Brendan Benson, Jack Lawrence, and Patrick Keeler, the album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and was welcomed by fans and critics. One of our favorite album tracks was the cut “Bored and Razed.”

The album was produced by The Raconteurs and Joshua V. Smith and was released on Third Man Records. Recording took place at Third Man Studio in Nashville, Tennessee, from 2018 to early 2019.
