The Byrds Albums Discography presents the entire set of studio albums that The Byrds released during their spectacular eight year run. Even though the group was only together for eight years from 1965 to 1973, they released twelve studio albums. The Byrds would become one of the most influential rock bands in classic rock history for the way they blended the music of the British Invasion bands like The Beatles with American folk music from artists like Bob Dylan.

The Byrds would become one of the greatest interpreters of Bob Dylan songs in rock and roll history. Many of the group’s founding members would have long lasting careers in rock and roll even after they left the band. The most famous being David Crosby who would go on to form Crosby Stills and Nash as well as Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young while also having a very successful solo career. Other founding members included Roger McGuinn who would be the one consistent member throughout the band’s career, Gene Clark, Chris Hillman and Michael Clarke.

Our Byrds Albums lists presents the complete discography of The Byrds studio albums in chronological order. We have also included the songs listings in their original vinyl lp lineups. Additionally, we have added the original album covers. The albums pictures are also Amazon links.
