The band Drowning Pool has gone through multiple lead singers through their career. The band was first formed in the great State of Texas in the city of Dallas in 1996.Guitarist C.J. Pierce, drummer Mike Luce and bassist Steve Benton began as an instrumental trio in the beginning. Vocalist Dave Williams soon joined the band. The quartet released an outstanding debut album entitled Sinner in 2001. After the album was released, Dave Williams passed away due to a heart condition. Drowning Pool hired Jason Jones as their new lead singer and recorded one album with their new vocalist entitled Desensitized.

In 2005, Drowning Pool hired another new lead singer named Ryan McCombs who would record two albums with the band. However, Ryan was out after two albums and Drowning Pool hired Jasen Moreno as their newest and latest lead singer who has also recorded two albums entitled Resilience and Hellelujah with Drowning Pool.
