Our Top 10 Drowning Pool songs list looks at ten of the best songs released by Drowning Pool throughout the band’s heavy rocking career. This is not a band that has had a nice and easy ride. The band Drowning Pool has gone through multiple lead singers through their career. The band was first formed in the great State of Texas in the city of Dallas in 1996.Guitarist C.J. Pierce, drummer Mike Luce and bassist Steve Benton began as an instrumental trio in the beginning. Vocalist Dave Williams soon joined the band. The quartet released an outstanding debut album entitled Sinner in 2001. After the album was released, Dave Williams passed away due to a heart condition. Drowning Pool hired Jason Jones as their new lead singer and recorded one album with their new vocalist entitled Desensitized.

In 2005, Drowning Pool hired another new lead singer named Ryan McCombs  who would record two albums with the band. However, Ryan was out after two albums and Drowning Pool hired Jasen Moreno as their newest and latest lead singer who has also recorded two albums entitled Resilience  and Hellelujah with Drowning Pool. # 10 – Turn So Cold

We open up our top 10 Drowning Pool songs list with this hard rocking very heavy songs entitled “Turn So Cold.” This one starts out a bit soft but you know it’s going to get heavy in that traditional hard ballad style of the music of the 2000s in the style of bands like Puddle Of Mudd and Saliva. The song was released on the album entitled Drowning Pool. The song also broke into the United Kingdom rock charts peaking at number seventy nine.
