Our Top 10 Lifehouse songs list looks at the songs of a band from Los Angeles who arrived on the music scene in the year 2000 with a song entitled “Hanging By A Moment,” that would becomes the single of the year in the United States. The band would develop a loyal following and achieve great success on the commercial charts over the next 15 years from 2000 to 2015. The first album was released in 2000 enetited No Name Face. That album would be followed by Stanley Climbfall in 2002, Lifehouse in 2005, Who We Are  in 2007, Smoke & Mirrors in 2010, Almería in 2012 and Out of the Wasteland in 2015.

# 10 – Falling In

We open up our top 10 Lifehouse songs list with the excellent song “Falling In.” The song was released on the album entitled Smoke & Mirrors. It was the third single released from the album. This great track starts out with an acapella vocal that is quickly surrounded by the great musicians of Lifehouse. This is a sweet song with a wonderful feel good melody. The Smoke & Mirrors album was released in 2010. The song was a hit on the US Billboard Adult Top 40 Airplay Charts reaching all the way up to number eleven.

# 9 – Between the Raindrops

Continuing with our top 10 Lifehouse songs list we take a listen to the great duet between Lifehouse and Natasha Bedingfield entitled “Between The Raindrops.” The song was released on the album entitled Almería. The album was released in 2012. It was the first single released from the album. The song was a hit on the US Billboard Hot 100 peaking at number seventy nine. The song was a bigger hit on the US Billboard Adult Top 40 Airplay Charts reaching all the way up to twenty one. In Canada the song hit number sixteen.

# 8 – Breathing

There’s a bit of a Celtic feel in this great song by Lifehouse entitled “Breathing.” The band sounds like they’re more from Ireland than Los Angeles on this really inspiring track. The song “Breathing,” was released on the album entitled No Name Face. The album was released in 2001. “Breathing,” was the first single released from the album. The song “Breathing,” was a hit on the US Billboard Adult Top 40 Airplay Charts  reaching all the way up to the number nineteen position. The song was also a a top 20 hit in New Zealand.

# 7 – All In

In the number seven position our top 10 Lifehouse songs list is the song entitled ” All In.” The song was the third single released from the album Smoke & Mirrors. The album was released in 2010. The song  was a hit on the US Billboard Adult Top 40 Airplay Charts reaching all the way up to number six. The song also did well on the US Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles where it placed at the number one position. This is a great song that starts out with a cool acoustic shuffle and then blows up in a rock and roll extravaganza.

# 6 – First Time

Landing in the number six spot on our top 10 Lifehouse songs list we present the song “First Time.” This one just hits you right away from the opening chord changes. This is a great one. Man do we really dig that guitar riff at the songs’ start and the way the drums slam into it with that sound of the snare just cutting through like a bullet in the gun of Robert Ford. At the halfway point on our top 10 Lifehouse songs list is the kicking song “Spin. ” The song was issued on the album entitled Stanley Climbfall. The album was released in 2002. It was the first single released from the album. The song was a hit on the US Billboard Hot 100 peaking at number seventy one. The song also was a hit on the US Billboard Adult Top 40 Airplay Charts jumping up to number thirteen.

# 4 -Halfway Gone

The groove on this one captivates the listener from the opening notes. “Halfway Gone.” sits in at the number four spot on our top 10 Lifehouse songs list. # 2 – You And Me

Moving very close to the top spot we showcase in the number two position on our top 10 Lifehouse songs list the song “You and Me.” This is a beautiful tender ballad that just flows freely with spirit. The song was released on the album entitled Lifehouse. The album was released in 2005. This was one of the band’s biggest hits of their career. “You and Me,” hit number one on the Billboard Adult Top 40 Airplay Charts. It was also a top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 peaking at number five. Simply a sensational song.

# 1 – Hanging By A Moment

You remember this one, don’t you? We close out our top 10 Lifehouse songs list with the amazing song “Hanging By A Moment.” This was one of the biggest songs of the 2000s.  The song was released on the album entitled No Name Face. The album was released in 2000. It was the first single released from the album. The song hit the number one spot on multiple charts including the US Billboard Alternative Airplay Chart, the US Billboard Adult Top 40 Chart and the Australian music charts. It reached all the way up to number two on the US Billboard Hot 100. It also became the band’s biggest selling single of their career and their only single release to go platinum in sales. The song also won Hot 100 Single of the Year at the Billboard Awards.
