# 1 – Love My Way

We close out our top 10 Psychedelic Furs songs list with this classic song produced by Todd Rundgren entitled “Love My Way.” This is simply one of the most stunning songs released during the early 1980s new wave period. No one sounded like this. The vocals are so original. Todd Rundgren lays a spooky marimba rhythm under the vocals and places some very creep tremolo string lines in and out of the verses and chorus in a way that added so much mystery to the song. “Love My Way,” was released on the album entitled Forever Now. The album was released in 1982. It was the first single released from the album. The song was a hit on the US Billboard Hot 100 peaking at number forty four.
