Mr. Mister was formed in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1982. The band’s most well-known lineup consisted of Richard Page (lead vocals, bass), Steve George (keyboards, backing vocals), Pat Mastelotto (drums), and Steve Farris (guitar). They released four studio albums over their career and are best known for their chart-topping hits “Broken Wings” and “Kyrie.” Their second album, Welcome to the Real World, achieved significant commercial success, reaching number one on the Billboard 200 chart.

This album marked the band’s commercial breakthrough, reaching number one on the Billboard 200 chart. It includes the number one hits “Broken Wings” and “Kyrie,” and the top ten hit “Is It Love.”

Although recorded during the band’s original run, it remained unreleased until 2010. The album features a more mature sound and includes tracks like “Waiting in My Dreams” and “Close Your Eyes.”
