Kelly Clarkson and Train along with Michael Bublé and Pentatonix will perform a special Radio Christmas Concert this year. These four wonderful musical legends will come together on November 24 and broadcast a musical Christmas spectacular concert that will air at 7:00 pm around the United States on iHeartRadio. There is nothing like getting in the Christmas and Holiday spirit with a live concert broadcast on the radio just a couple of days before Thanksgiving. The concert will be heard on all radio stations associated with the iHeartRadio Network. The concert will also be available to view on iHeartRadio’s connected websites such as their Facebook and YouTube Pages.

lt looks like Mariah Carey will not be the only diva celebrating the Christmas season. Coming up right behind her is another spectacular singer in Kelly Clarkson who seems to love the holidays just as much as Mariah Carey . If there is any female singer who has the holiday voice to compete with Mariah Carey’s yuletide vocals it’s Kelly Clarkson. The former Americans Idol winner and one of the most loved pop singers of the 21st century also just released a new Christmas album entitled When Christmas Comes Around….

Kelly Clarkson’s new Christmas album is a dazzling record filled with Christmas classics and some really strong original Holiday songs. The album’s first single is a very unique titled original composition by Kelly Clarkson called “Christmas Isn’t Canceled (Just You).” The song was written by Kelly Clarkson, Jessi Collins and Jason Halbert. On the album Kelly Clarkson recorded versions of traditional Christmas classics such as “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas” “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” “Santa Baby” and “Jingle Bell Rock.”

There are also other new songs on the record such as the amazing track “Glow,” which was recorded as a duet with Chris Stapleton. Other original songs also include the tracks “Santa, Can’t You Hear Me” which also features the fabulous Ariana Grande on vocals,”Merry Christmas (To the One I Used to Know)”  “Christmas Eve and Merry Christmas Baby. Kelly Clarkson also does a stunning cover of George Michael’s classic “Last Christmas.” This is easily one of the best Christmas album releases the pop music world has seen in years. Now the question is which songs does she perform for the iHeartRadio concerts.

When Christmas Comes Around…. stands as Kelly Clarkson’s second Christmas album. Her first Christmas album was entitled Wrapped in Red.  That album was released in 2013. It also featured a mix of Christmas classics and original songs. It stood as Kelly Clarkson’s sixth album release while When Christmas Comes Around…. represents Kelly Clarkson’s ninth studio album of her career.

The band Train who will be performing with Kelly Clarkson as well as Michael Bublé and Pentatonix have also released a Christmas album. Train’s spirited Holiday release entitled Christmas in Tahoe  was released in 2015. The album contained mostly covers of Christmas Classics with a few original Christmas songs.

And then there is Michael Bublé. With easily one of the most phenomenal male voices to come around in the past twenty years Michael Bublé has pretty much become the Frank Sinatra of the 21st Century. In 2011, Michael Bublé released a Christmas album simply titled Christmas. The album would go on to become the biggest selling album of his career as it sold more than twelve million copies. That also made it one of the biggest selling albums of the 21st century. There also may not be any other musical performer who has appeared in as many televised Christmas specials over the past twenty years as Michael Bublé has.

Pentatonix who are  one of the most thrilling a cappella groups ever, take the award for musical artists with the most Christmas releases. The group consists of vocalists  Mitch Grassi, Scott Hoying, Kirstin Maldonado, Avi Kaplan and Kevin Olusola.

With a lineup featuring some of the most amazing vocals the pop music world has ever seen, the iHeartRadio concert should prove to be one of the most special Christmas concerts we have heard in years. We are immensely looking forward to this one. At the same time the iHeartRadio network will do what they do every holiday season. The network will turn over many of their stations to just Christmas music for the holiday season. It’s a move that has brought great fortune to the network. They know what works!
