Our Top 10 Jessie J Songs list takes a listen to ten of the best Jessie J songs released during this brilliant London born singer songwriter’s dazzling career. Born in the late 1980s in London, England, Jessie J has become one of the most exciting singer songwriters of the 21st century. Jessie J has celebrated a career that incorporates a great mix of musical styles balanced between the genres of soul, hip hop, pop and dance. Of course no mix of musical styles would matter if the songs weren’t great and as we all know Jessie J has delivered big time on that front. Over the past ten years Jessie J has released multiple number one singles and earned various awards in both the United States and the United Kingdom as well as many other countries as she has become a worldwide star. In 2014, she had one of the biggest hit singles of the decade with the release of her song “Bang Bang.”

# 10 – Ain’t Been Done

There was just something we have always really loved about this great opening track called”Ain’t Been Done.” The song was released on the 2014 Jessie J album entitled Sweet Talker. The rhythm in her vocals is just so much fun to listen too. The song was never released as a single which was always a surprise to us because it’s just so good. The song was written by David Gamson, Emily Warren and Scott Harris.

# 9 – Masterpiece

Continuing with our top 10 Jessie J Songs list we take a listen to the great song entitled “Masterpiece.” We love the dramatic strings that surround those dynamic Jessie J vocals. The piano on the chorus lifts the song to a whole other level. The song was released on the album entitled Sweet Talker. The album was released in 2014.  It was the third and final single released from the album. The song placed on the US Billboard Hot 100 peaking at number 65.

# 8 – Burnin’ Up

No this is not the same song as the Madonna classic. In the number eight spot our top 10 Jessie J Songs list we present Jessie J’s own “Burnin’ Up,” track. The song was released on the album entitled Sweet Talker. It was the second of three singles released from the album. The song also broke onto the US Billboard Hot 100 peaking at number 86. Jessie J tears it up on the vocals on this one. Simply smoking!

# 7 – Nobody’s Perfect

In the number seven position on our top 10 Jessie J Songs list is the cool hip hop slamming tune entitled “Nobody’s Perfect.” The song was released on the album entitled Who You Are. The album was released in 2011. The song was written by Jessie J, Claude Kelly and Andre Brissett. This is such a genuine and and simple tune that is filled with so much soul.  It was the third single released from the album. The song did not chart in the United States, but in the United Kingdom it was a top top hit.

# 6 – Who You Are

Landing in the number six spot our top 10 Jessie J Songs list is the title track to Jessie J’s debut album titled Who You Are. Jessie J delivered one of the strongest vocals of her career on this beautiful track. Her messages of empowerment ring clear on her song. “Who Are You,” was the sixth out of seven singles released from the album.The song was a hit in the United Kingdom peaking at number eight on the UK Pop Charts.

# 5 – Do It Like A Dude

At the halfway point on our top 10 Jessie J Songs list is the very interesting titled song “Do It Like A Dude.” This classic track that pokes a little fun at the male world stands as Jessie J’s debut single. And what a debut single it was. The song was a huge hit on the UK Pop charts  peaking at number two. “Do It Like A Dude,” also won the Best Song at the 2011 British MOBO Awards. The song “Do It Like A Dude,” was written by a whole crew of writers including Jessica Cornish, George Astasio, Jason Pebworth, Jon Shave, Kyle Abrahams and Peter Ighile.

# 4 – Flashlight

At the number four spot on our top 10 Jessie J Songs list we present a song taken from the soundtrack to the motion picture Pitch Perfect 2  This is another spectacular Jessie J song of empowerment that worked so perfectly in the motion picture. The song broke onto the US Billboard Hot 100 peaking at number 61. It was most successful in Australia where it reached all the way up to number two on the music charts in the land down under

# 3 – Domino

Moving along on our top 10 Jessie J Songs list we present her classic song “Domino.”  The song was released on the album entitled Who You Are. The album was released in 2011.  It was the fifth single released from the album. The song was her first top 10 hit on the US Billboard Hot 100 peaking at number six. It would also become her second number one hit in the United Kingdom.

# 2 – Price Tag

As we start to get to a close on our top 10 Jessie J Songs list we celebrate the song “Price Tag.” This was the hit that turned Jessie J into a household name. It’s just an incredibly addictive almost perfect pop tune. The song was released on the album entitled Who You Are. It was the second single released from the album. “Price Tag, “would become Jessie J’s first number one single of her career. The song hit number one in the United Kingdom, Ireland and New Zealand. The song was also a hit on the US Billboard Hot 100 peaking at number twenty three.

# 1 – Bang Bang

We close out our top 10 Jessie J Songs list with the song of the decade. I can’t remember the last time we heard a pop song so exciting and as big a hit as this great track entitled “Bang Bang.” This great collaboration between Jessie J, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj would become a worldwide hit in 2014. You couldn’t go a day in the summer of 2014 without hearing “Bang Bang,” on the radio. The song was released on the album entitled Sweet Talker. The album was released in 2014. It was the lead single released from the album. The song was a huge hit on the US Billboard Hot 100 peaking at number three. It would of course become an even bigger hit in the United Kingdom where it debuted all the way up at number one.
