Our Top 10 Kittie songs list presents the music of a female Canadian rock band that first formed in the mid-1990s. The band’s name is somewhat cynical since the sound of the group is anything but furry and soft. This is a group of musicians who rock hard and have released six albums while scoring a loyal following. The band did all of this while never signing with a major label. Hailing from the city of London, Ontario, the band Kittie released their first album in 2000 entitled Spit. The album featured songs that the members of the band had written during their high school years. In the number seven position on our top 10 Kittie songs list is the song entitled “Run Like Hell.” This is a smoking cover version of the Pink Floyd song. Pink Floyd’s original song was released on their 1980 album entitled The Wall. Kittie’s cover version of Pink Floyd’s song was released on the album entitled Oracle. The album was released on October 30, 2001. Kittie released the song as a single but it did not chart. Still, this is a really cool version in which Kittie puts their own mark on this legendary song.
# 6 – Charlotte
Landing in the number six spot on our top 10 Kittie songs list we present the kicking song entitled “Charlotte.” This is one of the band’s most popular songs due to the heavy airplay the band received on MTV with the song. The song was released on the album entitled Spit. The album was released on January 11, 2000. It was the second single released from the album. The song was a hit on the US Billboard Rock Charts peaking at number thirty five. In the United Kingdom, the song hit number sixty.
# 5 – Into The Darkness

We could listen to this track every day. The video is also spectacular. The song “Funeral for Yesterday” was released on the album entitled Funeral for Yesterday. The album was released on February 20, 2007 It was the first of two singles released from the album. The song was a hit on the US Billboard Mainstream Rock Charts peaking at number forty. The album featured Morgan Lander on lead vocals and guitars, Mercedes Lander on drums, Tara McLeod on guitars, and Trish Doan on bass.
