When they sing together, it will melt your rock and roll heart. The song was  released on the album Lust For Life.

# 7 – Don’t Call Me Angel

Landing in the number seven spot on our top 10 Lana Del Rey songs list we present the song “Don’t Call Me Angel.” Come on we had to have one fun song on this list. Something a little upbeat. We love Lana Del Rey’s music so much but most of the songs are very slow so we wanted to break it up a bit and we did it  right here with this great song from the Charlie Angels soundtrack entitled “Don’t Call Me Angel.” The song also featured Miley Cyrus and Ariana Grande on vocals.

At the number five spot on our top 10 Lana Del Rey songs list we present the song entitled “Hope Is a Dangerous Thing for a Woman Like Me to Have – but I Have It.”  With a title that is almost as long as a Fiona Apple album title, this Lana Del Rey song “Hope Is a Dangerous Thing for a Woman Like Me to Have – but I Have It,” is simply a masterpiece. This is just striking music. The song was released on the album entitled Norman F**king Rockwell!.  The album was released in 2019. It was the third single released from the album. There is something about this song that reminds me of Don Mclean’s “American Pie.” However with the lyrical content of this song, there was just no way it could ever be a radio hit. But who cares because it’s brilliant.

# 4 – Blue Jeans

We love those string lines that open up so many Lana Del Rey songs and we love them especially on this magnificent hit song entitled “Blue Jeans.” This one has a film noir sound quality to it. It’s a little 1960s meets 1980s. Like a great Chris Isaak song in many ways. The song “Blue Jeans,” was released on the album entitled Born To Die. The album was released in  2011. It was the third single released from Lana Del Rey’s debut album. And what a stunning album it was.
