# 7 – Always On Your Side
In the number seven position on our top 10 Sheryl Crow Songs list is the breathtaking duet between Sheryl Crow and Sting entitled “Always On Your Side.” These two just make it sound so easy. Sheryl Crow starts this one out with just a piano and her soothing, tender voice. She is met by Sting’s smoky tenor, and it just sounds so organic. The song was released on the album entitled Wildflower. The album was released in 2005. It was the second single released from the album. With a bit of a Beatles vibe meets Carole King, this one was a beautiful gem of a song.
# 6 – The First Cut Is The Deepest
Classic rock fans who grew up in the 1970s know this song really well from both the Cat Stevens version and the great remake Rod Stewart recorded for his Night On The Town album. Much more so than the single “All I Wanna Do.” At the halfway point on our top 10 Sheryl Crow Songs list is the jubilant semi-cinematic film-noir song entitled “Leaving Las Vegas.” This one was really special. If you grew up in the 1970s, you couldn’t help but be impacted by the images of Las Vegas and Elvis Presley. The song was written by the team of songwriters, all of whom were very much responsible for the fabulous Tuesday Night Music Club album. These songwriters, named David Baerwald, Bill Bottrell, Brian MacLeod, David Ricketts, and Kevin Gilbert, wrote all the songs on the album along with Sheryl Crow.
# 4 – Everyday Is A Winding Road
