It seems Alanis Morissette stands as one of the most covered musical artists to come out of the decade of the 1990s. It makes perfect sense as her debut album was one of the biggest selling and most inspiring albums of the decade. Furthermore, her style and songs inspired thousands of musical artists.

Alanis Morissette is not an artist that does a lot of cover songs. Most of the time Alanis Morissette seems to be going for humor when she covers a song. This will be very much apparent on this list as there are some that will make you do a double-take and wonder if it really is Alanis Morissette in the video. Nonetheless, we are big fans of Alanis Morissette on this sire. Composing a list of the best Alanis Morissette covers songs was a great deal of fun for us. Come on, who doesn’t love Alanis Morissette? She is definitely one of a kind.

# 10 – My Humps

We either had to open up this list with this one or place it at number one. In the end, we couldn’t wait to showcase it, because this is one of the most enjoyable videos and cover songs Alanis Morissette has ever produced. Of course, it was a complete goof on the music industry at the time and was aimed toward the utilization of sexually charged videos to sell music. However, we also love Fergie and the Black Eyed Peas and really did like this song. Yes, sorry, guilty as charged. Nonetheless, we also have a great sense of humor as it also seems Alanis Morissette has. Interpret this one as you wish, but we think it’s pretty obvious the point that Alanis Morissette was trying to make in this video.

# 9 – Let’s Do It (Let’s Fall in Love)
