‘Til Tuesday’s debut album and hit record was released in 1985 smack dab in the middle of the big 80s. The album catapulted the band as well as the face and voice of Aimee Mann into mainstream culture because of the top 10 hit single “Voices Carry.” The album featured Aimee Mann on vocals, bass and guitar, Joey Pesce on keyboards, Robert Holmes on guitar and Michael Hausman on drums. The album was produced by Mike Thorne who was well known in the music business having worked with Deep Purple and also producing Soft Cell’s big time hit single entitled”Tainted Love.”

Welcome Home was the band’s much anticipated second release. The album featured Aimee Mann on vocals, bass and guitar, Joey Pesce on keyboards, Robert Holmes on guitar and Michael Hausman on drums. The record was produced by Rhett Davies.

‘Til Tuesdays second album featured Aimee Mann on vocals, bass and guitar, Michael Montes on keyboards, Robert Holmes on guitar and Michael Hausman on drums. Additional musicians on the album included the legendary jazz and funk bassist Marcus Miller, the genius of Elvis Costello and the talented crew of Haery Ung Shin on violin Peter Abrams on French horn, Tiger Okoshi on trumpet, Hal Crook on trombone and Mike Denneen on keyboards.
