Our top 10 Trace Adkins songs list looks back at the great country songs of a singer songwriter and actor who has had a magnificent career in the entertainment business. Louisiana loves Trace Adkins because he is one of their own having been born and raised in the beautiful State of Louisiana. Trace Adkins musical career began in 1996 when he released his first single entitled “There’s a Girl in Texas.” That song had become a top 20 hit on the US Billboard Hot Country Charts. Trace Adkins was on his way to becoming a big time country music star. The single entitled “There’s a Girl in Texas.”  was released one his album called Dreamin’ Out Loud.

Trace Adkins followed up his debut album one year later with his sensational record called Big Time. That album would prove Trace Adkins was no one hit wonder. It would be another two years until Trace Adkins released his third album entitled More… in 1999. Trace Adkins started out the new century with the release of the album Chrome in 2001. Two years later Trace Adkins released his fifth album entitled Comin’ On Strong in 2003. The hits and big time albums would continue in 2005 with the album titled Songs About Me. In 2006 he released Dangerous Man which was filled up two years later in 2008 with the album simply titled X. A new decade would begin with another new Trace Adkins album in 2010 called Cowboy’s Back in Town. How could you not love that title.

In 2011, Trace Adkins released the stunning album called Proud To Be Here. Two years later Trace Adkins fans saw the release of the album entitled Love Will…The longest gap between albums would occur between 2013 and 2017 when Trace Adkins released the album called  Something’s Going OnOnce again another four years would pass until fans received the most recent Trace Adkins album called The Way I Wanna Go.

The chorus on this one is just so infectious. The songs title has nothing to do with the legendary blues artist Muddy Waters. It’s simply a song about being baptised in muddy waters.  The song was released on the album entitled X. The album was released in 2008. It was the first single released from the album. In the number eight spot on our top 10 Trace Adkins songs  list we present the rocking song entitled “Hot Mama.” We just love this one and the video is a lot of fun to watch for many reasons. Just of the top spot on our top 10 Trace Adkins songs list we take a listen to the stunning song entitled “You’re Gonna Miss This.” This is the biggest song of Trace Adkins career so far. It’s a tough one to listen to. The song was released on the album entitled American Man: Greatest Hits Volume II. The album was released in 2008. It was the first single released from the album.
