Our Best Rock Albums Of 2018 list presents a collection of rock albums led by a stunning release by Paul McCartney and a legion of modern artists. There weren’t as many classic rock artists releasing new albums in 2018. Of course, there still was a handful of legends who released new music including new studio albums by Paul Simon, Roger Daltrey, Ted Nugent, Joe Perry, Ann Wilson, Rod Stewart, and Sting. 2018 saw another pairing between Beth Hart and Joe Bonamassa with their killer rock and blues record entitled Black Coffee. On the new band front, the year 2018 welcomed the debut album of the very exciting and daring new group Måneskin. Led Zeppelin fans turned their heads quickly when they heard the debut album of a band that sounded more like a complete copy of Led Zeppelin than any other band in rock history called Greta Van Fleet. Young rock fans loved them. Led Zeppelin fans just shook their heads. That’s rock and roll.
